-----

Too many teams adopt agile processes like Scrum and XP, become effective at iterative and incremental delivery, get their software quality higher than it has ever been before, and finally achieve a sustainable pace...yet fail to harness that new productivity to deliver anything of real business value.

As an agile coach, I see Product Owners who don't understand the features on their Product Backlogs well enough to explain them to the team in a planning session. I see Product Owners who can't explain the larger context of a user story. I hear teams and Product Owners tell me that it's not possible to come up with a valuable release that will take less than 6 months to build. I see teams demotivated because they don't see the value in what they're building.

All this new capacity for value delivery that agile frees up in software organizations is going to waste. Why? Because product management can't keep up. Product managers (where they exist at all) don't know how to harness incremental delivery to benefit their users.

Identifying and prioritizing value is too important to leave it to one person. Of course, the Product Owner ultimately owns the Backlog. But the whole team can play a part in finding high-value feature sets that can be released quickly for maximum ROI.

In this free seminar, I'll show how effective agile product management can accelerate and increase ROI, I'll introduce an approach to identify high value feature sets, and I'll share some tips on how to avoid getting bogged down in the details and losing the big picture.

Find out how IT can go from cost center to money machine. Find out why a high-value, high-ROI release is smaller than you think. Find out how user stories (without context) can lead to waste.

Whether you're a Product Owner, ScrumMaster, Business Analyst, or IT executive, this seminar can help you learn how to get more value from your agile software development efforts.

Seats are limited. Reserve yours today.
